Overview

Clinical history: This is a 44 year-old woman who presented to the emergency department with constipation, abdominal distension and a presumed pregnancy. Imaging showed a large uterine mass and bilateral ovarian lesions. Upper endoscopy revealed an ulcerated gastric lesion.
