Case Three

Overview

Clinical history: This 63-year old female presented with gait disturbance resulting in a fall and fractured wrist. An MRI of the brain revealed a heterogeneously enhancing mass in the right frontal parietal lobe measuring 4.1 x 3.2 cm. Necrosis and haemorrhage were present within the mass. Tumour resection was attempted.
