Clinical history: 28 year old male with nodule on foot. Excisional biopsy was performed.

Microscopic Description: The specimen consists of a non-encapsulated dermal mass composed scattered cells embedded in an eosinophilic matrix. The cells have small elongated and wavy nuclei. Mast cells are present at the periphery of the lesion. The adnexal structures have been obliterated by the lesion. Mitotic figures and areas of necrosis are absent.
