Case Two

Overview

Clinical history: A 60-year-old postmenopausal women who reported vaginal bleeding for several months, presented to Emergency with urinary retention. On CT scan of the abdomen/pelvis, a large pelvic mass was seen with associated pelvic and periaortic lymphadenopathy. Mild bilateral hydroureter nephrosis was also present. A cervical/vaginal biopsy was done to establish the diagnosis.
