Case Two

Overview

Clinical Information: This is a 34-year-old woman who presented with a history of increasing headaches that were worse in the morning. She also noted a mass growing out the left aspect of the head, behind the ear, and also noted cracking of the bone overlying this mass. Imaging revealed a large 8 cm lesion eroding through the skull and involving of the meninges. A brain biopsy was performed.
