Diagnosis: Metastatic malignant melanoma
The specimen consist of spindle-shaped cells which are dispersed or in loose aggregates. The cytoplasm is fine and elongated. The nuclei are eccentric with prominent nucleoli. Some cells show cytoplasmic brown pigment. ICC stains perform on cell block show positivity for S100 and HMB45.
