2011 T4/T4A SLIPS

If you are receiving stipend payments for teaching in the MD program through uOttawa Payroll, please take note of the following:

With Payroll Services getting ready to produce income tax slips for 2011, we would like to remind you that paper tax slips will not be issued this year. A notice about this accompanied your 2010 T4/T4A. You will get an email in February 2012 as soon as the 2011 T4/T4A slips are available on My HR Profile (User Guide). Your T4/T4A 2011 will be located with your slips from previous years.

Retirees and individuals no longer working for the University will receive a paper slip by mail.
