To access RE and U forms via Info Web:
- Access Info Web here.
- Enter your Identifier number and password. If you do not have an Info Web account click on the "Don't have an Info Web password?". Should you encounter any difficulties, contact the Client Services Help Line at extension 6555.
- Once logged onto Info Web, click on "Research and Trust Information System".
- Then click on "Forms" from the menu at the left of the screen; from here you can select your desired form.
- To complete the form you must first agree to conditions and terms. This system uses the Info Web interface for the management of the security profiles; it inserts the information from your personal profile into relevant fields on the form.
- Once the form is complete, press the submit button at the bottom of the form; the form cannot be printed until it has been submitted. The submit action for the RE and U form is necessary because it generates a reference number for future access and inquiries. Please retain this number.
- Once the appropriate form has been submitted electronically, a paper copy must be printed, signed and sent to Research Grants and Ethics Services (for grants) or Technology Transfer and Business Enterprise (for contracts), with the appropriate number of copies for the application if submitting in hard copy.
