Dr. Tsai Featured in Top 25 Women of Influence in Canada
Women of Influence Inc. has recognized Dr. Eve Tsai, assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa, as one of Canada's top female influencers in their annual Top 25 Women of Influence ranking. Dr. Tsai is a neurosurgeon at The Ottawa Hospital and an associate scientist at The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. She teaches at the Faculty of Medicine's Department of Surgery, Division of Neurosurgery. Dr. Tsai's main surgical interests focus on various spine and spinal cord diseases, and her research focuses on brain and spinal cord repair strategies, spinal cord imaging techniques, and clinical outcomes for patients after spine surgery.
Dr. Tsai has a number of publications in neurosurgery and is the recipient of numerous awards, including Canada's Top 40 under 40 and the Young Clinician Investigator Award from the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
